Sure, it's usually for candy bars and tiny humans, but in MY world, we are ALL Fun Size, capital F, capital S, because we're all built to have awesome, fun lives...but I also know that the world can be a challenging place, and sometimes we need a little help (or a lot) along the way. So in this book, I'm bringing you tons of Fun Size goodness - stories from my life (some heartening, some cringeworthy), creative ways to deal with life's challenges, and most of all, proof that you are NOT alone...none of us are. Basically, I wanna bring you all "your buddy in a book"...that happy companion that lets you know no matter what life brings you, you've got this...WE'VE got this.
(*And yes yes, I know it's grammatically incorrect to say "Fun Size", it should be "fun sized" but I like candy bars and they say Fun Size - my book, my series, my candy, my rules. Nyeah.

It's the Final Weekend!

As of early this week, the manuscript is off to the copyeditor and right on time to send it off to the printers in December. Vivian has been hard at work creating new and adorable illustrations for the book (including one that MUST have been inspired by my trip to London, or perhaps just by her living here! It's so adorable I can't take it.)
Check out the add-ons on the Kickstarter for some new offerings. By popular demand, we have a couple of items available as add-ons that weren’t there before! (Extra signed prints, anyone?)

We’re getting down to the wire, friends! The I Am Fun Size Kickstarter is running through Sunday, until 11:59 pm PST. And yes, it’s Halloween weekend, which means we’ll all be dressing up for the occasion! (Including Charley, of course…should he be the Great Little Pumpkin again? Charley of Dragons? Hmmmmm….)
This will be your last chance for people to back the campaign, and many of the rewards on the page will be gone once we shut it down. Please don’t miss out…and don’t let your friends miss out!

Stretch Goal #1 UNLOCKED! Next goal: The Audiobook!

We're in the home stretch! Thanks to all the wonderful fans and friends we met this weekend at MC Comic Con in London - and welcome, all of you new backers, to the Kickstarter! We have reached out FIRST stretch goal! The book will now be printed in beautiful, bold, color! This means all of Vivian Truong's gorgeous illustrations will be able to leap off the page in the best way possible (just wait for the one of Charley at high tea...le sigh) and we'll be upgrading the cover stock and paper stock to accommodate her lovely work.
Now, it's time to roll up our sleeves, all of us, and get the word out...because we have only 6 MORE DAYS to get more backers on board to unlock the AUDIOBOOK!
As per our previous announcements, if we make it to 40k not only will I be able to record the audiobook, but it will be INCLUDED for FREE for all backers who pledged at the SIDEKICK tier ($50) or above! Any backers at the lower tiers will also have the opportunity to add it as an add-on to their pledge as well! So, share with your friends and family, everyone wins if we hit $40k!
